Vendor Booth/Day of Race information

 Race start/finish: Towne Square-Steiner Ranch 12550 Country Trails Lane, Austin

Race start: 8:30 a.m.

Event is rain or shine

 ·      We do not provide electricity or tables or tents, so please bring your own supplies. 

 ·      Vendor spaces are 12x16. 

 ·      Vendors are expected to stay the duration of the event.  End time is 11:30 a.m.

 Load-in – Load in begins at 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.  All vehicles must be out of parking lot by 7:30. No vehicles will be allowed in Towne Square area after 7:30. Parking is available at Laura Bush elementary (next door) and Canyon Ridge middle school (across street).

 Items for Race Bags-All sponsors have the opportunity to include items in the race bags.  Deadline for these items is Feb. 22nd.  Plan for 500 items.

  **Due to very strict Austin food permit regulations, sponsors/vendors will not be allowed to hand out homemade food items. Individually packaged, store bought items are ok.
